First Invitation: Men’s Group Circle

The group will gather in the Village around the fire in the Tipi.

The circle will begin with an opening ceremony of acknowledgment to land and spirits, music offered through divine breath, cedar offering, and shared song.

From there we will open the circle for authentic sharing with an invitational prompt such as “What’s alive in you?” where you will be free to share whatever naturally arises.

The evening will end with a closing ceremony, where the participants complete the evening by going home or with an invitation to move into the next part of the offering.

Second Invitation: Day Retreat

In the next invitation participants will have the option to sleep over in the Tipi (space for 9 guests) or to go home and come back first thing in the morning.

The morning will begin with intuitive and natural movement and a light “gatherers breakfast” of fruit, nuts, and tea that will prepare the body for the activities of the day.

From there the group will move into the hot/cold immersion experience. The group will be guided and supported through the cleansing process of the sauna followed by submerging in the cold bath to experience more aliveness and vitality. We will then embark on a second round of self-guided hot and cold immersion while adhering to sacred silence and introspection.

After an integration circle in the tipi, the group will enjoy a nourishing lunch followed by a deep nature connection experience before the closing circle and fire bring our day retreat to completion.

Special Invitation:

For those who are registered for the Second Invitation there is an opportunity for 9 participants to sleep over in the Tipi on the evening of Thursday September 28th after the First Invitation event ends. These spots will be given on a first come first serve bases, they will be given to the first 9 people who email Brett with their interest.
