About the event


Initiate your journey into the world of MovNat through a 3 hour Intro Workshop. This session provides a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of natural movement and what it means to be "naturally fit" as opposed to conventional fitness or "gym fit." Through this workshop, you will explore and understand how Natural Movement is both attainable and essential for every individual.

What to expect at a MovNat INTRO Workshop:

  • 3 hours of learning & instruction with Brett, a Level 2 MovNat Certified Trainer
  • A general introduction to a variety of entry-level skills pulled from the entire scope of the MovNat families of movement (ie get ups, crawling, balancing, lifting & carrying, etc.)
  • Technical instruction with a focus on the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of each movement
  • Exploration of natural movement as a way to connect to nature
  • Experience MovNat as a fundamental fitness modality for every body
  • A basic workout comprised of foundational MovNat techniques and skills
  • The intro workshop is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels looking to connect with their human nature and movement potential.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times

The price for this event is $90 per person, payable by e-transfer in advance or cash brought to the event.

What to bring:

  • Weather appropriate workout clothing (please check the weather before attending and be prepared)
  • Good quality footwear as we will be running, jumping, crawling, etc. (minimalist footwear is encouraged but not required)
  • Water and snacks
  • A yoga mat, towel, or blanket if you don't want to lay directly on the grass/ground
