Guided Nature Connection
“The forest is like our mother, a sacred place, a gift to us humans from the divine. It is a paradise of healing. Mother Nature fills us with wonder and curiosity and invites us in. [...] All we have to do is accept the invitation. Mother Nature does the rest.”
― Dr. Qing Li, The Japanese Art and Science of Shinrin-Yoku
Guided nature connection refers to a realm of structured and intentional approaches for developing deeper and more meaningful relationships with the natural world both within and without. It involves various activities, exercises, and practices aimed at helping individuals or groups connect with nature on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. These practices are rooted in the understanding that spending time in nature and forging a strong connection with the environment has numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits in addition to helping individuals and communities forge a deeper and more meaningful relationship with the natural world fostering personal and communal growth, well-being, and a sense of interconnectedness with the environment and all Beings.

Forest Bathing Walks
Forest bathing (aka Forest Therapy) is a structured therapeutic practice that promotes relaxation and whole-being restoration by guiding participants through a series of sensory-oriented invitations. These invitations help establish a deep connection and present-moment relationship with Nature and Self. Forest bathing walks can be experienced one-on-one or in groups, and are typically 2-3 hours long.
Nature Connection Experiences
Nature Connection experiences are guided experiences often similar to forest bathing, but not necessarily following the same specific structure. These experiences can be more curated and intuitive than a typical forest bathing walk which makes them great for specific intentions, workshops, corporate or private events, etc.
Nature-Based Meditation
Nature-based meditation is a mindfulness practice which involves immersion in a natural environment to enhance relaxation and awareness. During this practice, we connect with natural elements and energies to center, reduce stress, and deepen into connection with Self and Nature. It combines the benefits of meditation with the calming and grounding effects of being in nature.
